Suggestions:
Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach

Maintain the dosage until loose stool develops
When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet
Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops
Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own- Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day
